We do not divulge any personal information (including your email address) to Third Parties.
We will only contact you regarding the status of your order, or if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
Payment and Security
Any online card transactions made via the website are handled through third party payment gateways, RBS Worldpay, PayPal or Nochex, and are private and secure.
On completion of checkout you will be taken to the secure RBS Worldpay, PayPal or Nochex payment page where you will enter your payment details. (We do not have access to this information).
They will then take your payment and instantly forward it to our account with them.
The payment will appear on your statement as either RBS Worldpay, Paypal or Nochex.
All payments will be taken in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), and other currencies will be converted to this by the relevant payment gateway.
With RBS Worldpay you can just "pay and go" with your Credit/Debit card. See www.rbsworldpay.com for further details.
With PayPal you can just "pay and go" with your Credit/Debit card or pay with an existing PayPal account. See www.paypal.com for further details.
With Nochex you can just "pay and go" with your Credit/Debit card or pay with an existing Nochex account. See www.nochex.com for further details.
We accept payment by cheque, but please allow 5 working days to clear from us receiving the cheque until despatch.
We also accept payment by Bank Transfer. If you select this option during checkout, we will contact you by email with our Bank details shortly afterwards, for you to arrange the transfer. Please note that we will not dispatch your order until we have received payment into our account, which can take up to 7 working days.
