By creating an account or placing an order on the website, you consent to us holding the information you provide in order for us to fulfil your orders, send order queries/updates and to provide you with an order history.

We do not divulge any personal information (including your email address) to Third Parties.

We will only contact you regarding the status of your order. In the event of any postal issues with Royal Mail, we will need to provide them with your name and full postal address in order for them to investigate.

Cookie Use

Perfect Presents will not use cookies to collect personally identifiable data about you.

The shopping cart needs to use a single cookie in order to store the contents of your basket and this is normally deleted when you close your browser.

Payment and Security

Our online card transactions made via the website are handled through third party payment gateway PayPal which is private and secure.

On completion of checkout you will be taken to the secure PayPal payment page where you will enter your payment details. They will then take your payment and instantly forward it to our account with them. The payment will appear on your statement as Paypal.

All payments will be taken in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and other currencies will be converted to this by the relevant payment gateway.

With PayPal you can just "pay and go" with your Credit/Debit card or pay with an existing PayPal account. See www.paypal.com for further details.

We do not have access to your payment information but if you think money has been taken without authorisation, you will need to speak with Paypal directly

We also accept payment by Bank Transfer. If you select this option during checkout, we will contact you by email with our Bank details shortly afterwards, for you to arrange the transfer. Please note that we will not dispatch your order until we have received payment into our account. Please email us to say that payment has been made, so as not to delay processing your order.
